Explore Our Experiences
Come remember what it feels like to exhale. To trade your to-do list for birdsong, your notifications for desert or mountain air, and the pressure to have all the answers for the freedom of asking better questions.
That's why we gather.
We offer varied opportunities to engage in connection. Here are some recently held experiences. Which one calls to you?
Dancing with the Wild & Wise Self
For this experience, we explored our inner wild and wise natures through meditation, myth, time in nature, gentle body movement and expression through art. There was space for personal reflection as well as facilitated group dialogue to spark insight, connection, and deeper self-awareness.
February
Ignite Your Creative Fire
In February, we allowed art and the creative process to stir our souls. We explored what creativity is, how creativity lives in each of us, and how to build a creativity practice. We engaged in a fluid art process involving music and learned about artist, Wassily Kandinsky and his unique creative process.
March
In March, we tapped into four types of power: power over, power to, power with, and power within. This City Circle led us to examine how we have been led, how we lead others, and how we lead ourselves using these four types of power.
Soulful & Heart-y Leadership
April
Open Your Heart
April’s City Circle gently invited us to consider the guideposts that shape a wholehearted life. Based on the work of Brene Brown in her book, The Gifts of Imperfection, we explored the path toward wholeheartedness and how it often requires shining light on personal stories — the beautiful, the unfinished, and the vulnerable.
May
Stay Grounded in Jarring Times
How is your Jesus Journey in Jarring Times? In May, we gathered to explore what it looks like to walk with Jesus in these times of upheaval. Whether participants have been on this journey for years or simply curious and seeking, all were welcome.
