Drawing from years of coaching, facilitation, leadership development, and spirited inner work, Em Tillett serves as a supportive guide as you wander toward your truest self. Sessions may take place sitting on the earth, walking in nature, sharing conversation in a quiet space, or through more traditional coaching dialogue.
Em’s approach is rooted in Co-Active Coaching — a relational, whole-person framework that honors your wisdom, creativity, resourcefulness, and capacity for growth. Rather than “fixing” you, this work helps uncover what is already alive within you while gently challenging patterns, assumptions, and ways of being that no longer serve your flourishing.
